1. The bearings inside your wheels can get dirty from exposure to water, dust and other elements. Check your wheels and bearings frequently to ensure that they are dry and clean. Heelys does not recommend attempting to remove the bearings contained within your wheels. If you experience a problem with your bearings, contact the retailer where your purchase was made or e-mail us at sales@heelys.com.sg
    
2. Your wheels will show wear with frequent use or over a prolonged period of time. Heelys provides replacement wheels over our web site, or they may be purchased from an authorized Heelys retailer near you. Go to the “store finder” page for this information.
    
3.  Always check your wheels before Heeling to ensure that any dirt or small pebbles are removed and that the wheel housing is clean and clear of any foreign objects.
    
4. If your wheels begin to show a wear pattern, try rotating the position (left shoe wheel to the right shoe)
    
5. Heelys does not recommend machine washing your shoes. Use a mild soap with warm water to keep your uppers and outsoles clean.
